About Grisel

Grisel takes a holistic approach to the market to better serve her clients. She focuses not only on the sale of the home or product, but more importantly, on fitting the goals with the outcome. "My approach is a needs-based analysis and a true understanding of a client's WHY. Buying a home is a major lifestyle change and financial undertaking which requires the thorough, dedicated care and guidance of a full-time agent."

Grisel believes you should always expect more when it comes to service, expertise, marketing, exposure, truth, and overall advice. All of this she is happy to deliver. She takes her fiduciary responsibility to her clients very seriously and does due diligence to ensure that they're getting the best value in a home that meets their wish list.

Her responsiveness, proactive drive and energy are met by strong communication and negotiating and problem-solving skills that set her apart and make her extremely results-oriented. Grisel specializes in residential sales in Lorton, Alexandria and Maryland. She resides in Ft. Washington, MD. She has lived and owned property in California, Florida and in Puerto Rico.

Originally from PR, Grisel grew up in Chicago and earned a BA degree from the University of Illinois. She went on to receive her MBA from Webster University, and enjoyed a successful background in financial services/education. In addition to her real estate sales license, she holds a Life, Health and Disability License, is a Certified Financial Education Instructor, and member of the Financial Education Council 2019.

Grisel loves helping people and empowering them to change their lives through education and sound financial advice. She is the mother of two adult children and has a young grandchild she adores. Triathlon and travel are among her other passions.
